Small Vintage Japanese Chawan, Tea Bowl - Green Glaze
A vintage Japanese tea bowl featuring straight, upright walls accented by subtle horizontal ridges wrapping around the body.
The upper section is coated in a glossy, olive-green to amber glaze that flows over the contours and pools within the recessed grooves. The lower half transitions into a rough, earthy brown clay body with a mineral-rich texture near the base.
A smaller chawan, more akin to a contemporary coffee cup.
