A vintage hand-crafted Japanese tea bowl, called a chawan. These bowls are designed for drinking matcha, a powdered form of green tea.
This piece features a an interesting blue and white pattern, and a thick shino style glaze flowing down from the rim. This piece also has an artist stamp.
