Vintage Japanese Ikebana Vase with a Handle

A vintage Japanese hand-crafted pottery vase with a handle(woven rattan handle), known as a tezuki hana-ire, used for an ikebana floral arrangement.

The body is hand-built in a rectangular form and features an expressive, organic glaze pattern in earthy tones of dark brown, olive green and a creamy yellow along the rim.
